Carmen was helpful in resolving an error. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service response times. The app needs more functionality in regards to rules, I reached out to support and they said it's not possible. The feature I was requesting was the ability to add the products MPN dynamically into their feed titles, i.e. {Brand} {MPN} {Product Title}, but they only provide the {SKU} for you to use. Seemingly small things like this are for us a deal breaker. There were other minor limitations in their rules set-up, but as a budget option I'm sure this is fine for some small stores (less than 1000 SKUS). Pricing is competitive.

This app is a great resource if you are working with shopping engines. Just integrated the new Amazon selling feed and I can't tell you how much time this saves. If you have manually entered Amazon listings before, this removes the need to ever do that again. Highly recommend and the functionality is getting more robust daily.
